COVID Catch Up Funding

In total, the school is expecting to receive £29,900 spread over this financial year and the next. This money is specifically for schools to provide opportunities for students to catch up for lost in-school teaching time during the term of school partial closures in Summer 2020.
Granta has planned to use this funding as follows:
  • Additional therapeutic provision of 1 day extra per week to support wellbeing and re-engagement back into school in order to be ready for learning
  • The provision and setup of an online learning platform, containing tailor-made activities for students in each class
  • The purchase of additional school laptops and tablets to maximise pupil re-engagement
The impact of these will be regularly reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team.
