Dolphin class

This year I am not setting summer work, following discussions with families I feel that everyone needs a well earned break! However if you feel your child really needs something to keep them occupied or in routine the links below are excellent.

Can I take this opportunity once again to thank you all as families for the support you have given through out the year, but particularly over the last 4 months. Each one of you has done an amazing job at keeping your childs spirits and motivation going, and supported them in learning new things. I have really valued the opportunity to speak to all the families at least once a week, which has meant I have created great working relationships with  families and is something I am keen to continue doing (maybe once a month) in September, as I feel good communication and relationships with families strengthens the support for the pupils. We will not be continuing the calls over the six weeks, but I  will be checking my emails regularly, so if you have any concerns or we can support you with in anyway, please do email my self or the welfare team .

Hopefully by now all the children should have received their closure to the end of the academic year report/letter and introduction to the new class letters. Each and everyone of the children has been an absolute please to teach. I will be doing the 'Teams' meeting tomorrow (Monday) at 11am, but otherwise I wish you all a happy, safe and restful summer and I look forward to seeing you the children in September either with me in  Dolphin Class or to wave at in  KS4.
